Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges plus an administration charge of 15% of the price of the product. Under these conditions we agree to refund your money within 30 days of cancellation.
You will be liable for the cost of returning the Products to Us. In the unlikely event that you wish to return the Products, you must contact Us either by email or by telephone first to obtain an authorisation code. WE DO NOT OFFER A FREE TRIAL SERVICE. IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN.
Damaged in Transit (rejected)
In the event that your order is visibly damaged on delivery, DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery and enter on the courier consignment sheet 'DAMAGED' along with a brief description on how or where the item has been damaged. The item will be returned to us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
Damaged in Transit (accepted)
If you do happen to accept delivery of goods and discover they are damaged, DO NOT USE THE GOODS, you must report this to us within 24 hours and describe the damage in as much detail as possible. You will waiver your right to a replacement if you use the damaged goods. You must retain all original packaging. Any claims made after this time will be considered unreasonable and not accepted.
